Admission requirement for freshers Undergraduate

1. SSCE: A minimum of 5 credits in the Senior Secondary Certificate Examinations (SSCE/GCE) Ordinary Level Credits in English Language, Mathematics and three other subjects relating to the course that a student want to study at Covenant University in not more than two sittings.

2. A’ Level, JUPEB or IJMB: Candidates must have A’ level/IJMB passes in two subjects that are related to their area of study. JUPEB/A’ Level passes in Related subjects.

3. Degree: Degree (First Class/Second Class Upper) in related fields for your course of choice.

4. DE: Direct entry candidates are required to purchase the Covenant University CU Direct Entry form through the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) And Covenant University CU Portal.

National Diploma: A minimum of Merit Pass in the National Certificate of Education (NCE), National Diploma (ND) and other Advanced Level Certificates.

The five (5) credit passes must include Mathematics and English Language.

College Of Leadership Development Studies (Clds)

Candidates seeking admission to any of the college’s programmes must have obtained at least five (5) credit passes in the SSCE/GCE O ‘Level//NECO/NABTEB or its equivalent, obtained in not more than two sittings prior to August, 2016. The five (5) credit passes must include Mathematics and English Language.

COLLEGE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (CST)

Candidates seeking admission to any of the College’s programmes must have at least five (5) credit level passes in the SSCE/GCE O’Level /NECO/NABTEB or its equivalent, obtained at not more than two sittings prior to August 2016. The five (5) credit level passes must include Mathematics, English Language.

College Of Engineering (Coe)

Candidates seeking admission to any of the College’s programmes must have obtained at least five (5) credit passes in the SSCE/GCE O’Level//NECO/NABTEB or its equivalent, obtained at not more than two (2) sittings prior to August, 2016. The five (5) credit passes must include Mathematics, English Language and Physics and Chemistry.
