The University of Port Harcourt, UNIPORT cut-off mark for nursing for the 2024/2025 academic session is 160.
According to the management, all aspirants interested in pursuing a degree in nursing must have scored at least 160 in their jamb and all those who did not get the score are advised to change their course or institution.
With nursing being one of the most competitive course, 160 is too small as it only qualifies you to apply. To stand a chance of getting a slot, you need to score a very high mark in your jamb.
UNIPORT 2024/2025 JAMB Cut-Off Mark
For this academic session, the minimum UNIPORT cut-off mark is 160. To be eligible to apply for post utme or direct Entry, DE, aspirants must get a score of at least 160 in their jamb.
It is also important to note that, scoring the minimum cut-off score of 160 does not guarantee you an automatic admission to the university. It only qualifies you to apply for the Post UTME/DE screening, which is one of the most important stages of your admissions process after writing jamb.

UNIPORT Cut-Off Mark for Medicine and Surgery
The cut-off mark to study medicine and surgery at UNIPORT is 200 and above. This course is usually regarded as the most competitive course, so scoring a high jamb score of at least 280+ would greatly increase your chances.
UNIPORT Departmental Cut-Off Marks
The majority of students/aspirants are not aware that it takes more than merely hitting the overall cut-off point to get admitted to UNIPORT.
Especially for those highly competitive courses like medicine and surgery, engineering, nursing, pharmacy amongst other courses, there is a very high competition.
And because of the great number of people that do apply for these programs, getting a score that is by far higher than the stipulated cut-off mark is by far, the best way to go if you really wish to stand a chance of getting admitted.
